Sending a file to a student you observe:
- If you have access to a personal device, one option is to login to the student's account from a personal device. Below are guide articles with a step-by-step process on how to login from a personal device:

From there, you can email the file to yourself on the student's Gmail account, or, upload the file from your device onto the student's Google Drive.
- Another option is to connect a USB drive to your personal device and save the file onto the USB drive. Then, eject the drive and insert the drive into your student's Chromebook.
- One more option is to download the Google Drive app on your phone and login to your student's school account with their email and password, and drop the file in.
