Canvas Parent App Not Working on Android

Check Device Compatibility:

1. Make sure you are using the correct Canvas app, and that it is labeled "Canvas Parent". If you're using a different Canvas app made for students or teachers, the app will not work properly for your observer account.
2. Ensure your Android device meets the app's system requirements. The app typically requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher.
3. Verify that the device has sufficient storage available. The app may not function properly if storage is low.

Update the Canvas Parent App:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for "Canvas Parent App"
3. If an update is available, tap Update.

Check Internet Connection:

1. Ensure the device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
