Chromebook Buyback Program

As students graduate or withdraw from the program, families will have the opportunity to purchase their student provisioned device. Once ORCA is notified, you will receive an automated email with details on how to purchase your device for $25 if you desire.

This will un-enroll the device from the ORCA domain, and remove all restrictions for login and content. Without purchase the device will not allow non-ORCA account log in, and departing students will have their ORCA account suspended. There will no longer be a way to log in and use the Chromebook.

If you do not wish to unlock the device for personal use you are able to discard the device as you wish. Oregon provides E-Cycle locations across the state that you can view here. Alternatively you can drop off the device(s) at either ORCA office in Oregon:
