How Do I Track My Package?

When ORCA ships curriculum or equipment you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. 

To track a package with UPS, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the UPS website: Go to the UPS homepage at ups.com.

2. Find the tracking section: Look for the "Tracking" tab, usually located at the top of the page.

3. Enter your tracking number: Input the tracking number you received when your package was shipped. You can enter multiple tracking numbers if needed.

4. Click "Track": Press the "Track" button to see the status of your package.

5. Check the details: The tracking page will show you the current status, location, and expected delivery date of your package.

You can also track your package using the UPS mobile app or by calling UPS customer service for assistance.

Each time your package scanned, shipment movement information is captured. You can use UPS' Understanding Tracking Status Page for a comprehensive list of statuses. 

If your shipment is showing as "Discarded" or "Returned to Sender" please let our help desk know so we can send you another shipment.
