Sometimes, Naviance will show various errors in Canvas when trying to access assignments. One of which might appear as a "accounts.google.com refused to connect" notice:
The first step in troubleshooting why this error is occurring would be to reach out to the teacher of the course and confirm that you are currently registered with Naviance. If there is an issue with being registered, the teacher will need to speak with tech support to ensure everything is correct.

If logging in is still not working correctly, you can also try the following steps to see if the error resolves:
1.) How do I clear my cache and cookies in Google Chrome?
2.) How do I reboot My Chromebook?
3.) Log into your Chrome student Profile on your Chrome Browser
5.) Check your internet connection. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try restarting/refreshing your home internet equipment like a router or hotspot device.
