If something isn't working properly with Google Voice one of the first things you should try is clearing your cache and cookies to fix the issue. Checking to see if there are any Google Chrome updates would be another option.
If you are using the app on a phone, we would suggest switching over to the Chrome browser instead as it is easier to troubleshoot.
