You can use the "Reactions menu in Zoom to virtually raise your hand. If you raise your hand using the participants window, your teacher will see an icon next to your name indicating that you have raised your hand. This can be a useful way to get your teacher's attention, but we only recommend using it if your teacher has prompted you to. If your teacher has not prompted you to use this feature, they might not notice that your are raising your hand.
Follow these steps to raise your hand in Zoom:
- First, open the "Reactions" window, by clicking the "Reactions" button on the bottom of the screen
- Click "raise your hand" at the bottom of the window to raise your hand.
